    MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

    Limited Warranty. This portable 12-Volt High Volume Air Compressor is warrenteed by Q Industries, Inc., to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover units damaged by abuse or where unit is operated above the recommended pressures. There is no other warranty, hereunder, either expressed or implied. In the event of a defect, the air compressor will be repaired or replaced at our option. Do not disassemble the product, this will void your warranty.

    WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

    If you believe that you have a valid warranty claim:

    1. Send us an email with an explanation and a copy of your original purchase receipt to customerservice@qindustries.net - PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claims will NOT be processed without proof of purchase date. There are NO exceptions. 

    In addition to your receipt you must include:

    • Your Name
    • Email address
    • Complete Mailing Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Description of the Problem

    2. A Masterflow customer service representative will review the issue and will contact you via email with instructions. 

    3. If you are asked to return the unit, It must be mailed postage paid, and include the above information and sent to:

    It is recommended to use packing material to protect the contents from damage during transit since the customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

    4. After inspection, if a valid manufacture’s defect is found, Masterflow will repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product is found to contain no manufacturing or material defects, the retail customer will be contacted by Masterflow and given the option to have the product returned as-is, or be repaired and returned at the customers’ expense.

    Q Industries, Inc., shall not be responsible for any other incidental, contingent, or consequential charges or damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
